Welcome to Silver Falls School District Maintenance Department 

The Maintenance Department prides itself in the upkeep and maintenance of all our schools. The custodial, maintenance and grounds personnel strive to ensure safe, clean, well-maintained, functional and aesthetically pleasing facilities for students, staff, and the community as a whole.     Maintenance Supervisor:

Oversees all maintenance projects throughout the district, Coordinates and manages major maintenance contracts.  Assists custodial supervisor with minor maintenance contracts. Serves district as Safety Officer.  Manages Asbestos Management plans, coordinates construction projects, and manages maintenance budget.

    Custodial Supervisor:

Supervises and evaluates custodial/maintenance staff.  Provides training for custodial substitutes.  Manages equipment and custodial supply budgets.  Oversees small maintenance repairs, projects, and HVAC equipment.

    Maintenance Secretary

Available to assist with inquiries, concerns, or information that need to get to the maintenance department. Assists with any emergencies that require a Maintenance Department response during school hours.  Schedules meetings for Maintenance Supervisor, arranges for custodial/maintenance substitutes when employees are absent.  Processes all purchase orders for custodial/maintenance staff.
