Board Agenda Information

The agenda is developed about one week prior to the meeting. This provides opportunity for the board to study background information, request additional information from district administration, and/or make inquiries from various community sources about particular agenda items. The board may respond to agenda items by:

 1. Making formal motions to accept or reject an item.

2. Delaying action to a future meeting in order to allow time for study, research, and/or public involvement.

3. Choosing to take no action on an item.
